Insurance cover is the most important part of managing our portfolio.

An Owners Corporation must take out insurance to adequately cover the complex, it is absolutely crucial that the Owners Corporation effects insurance in accordance with the provisions of the Act.

Due to the change of legislation, Strata Managers must obtain three quotations prior to renewal.

OCMS receive an annual commission from the insurer/broker based on the base premium fee. The Strata Committee will be updated with the actual commission amount, once received.
